Original opening: 1903, acquired by Concordia in May 2005

Use: An expansion facility and eventual unattached annex for the adjacent John Molson School of Business Building
The Master Space Development Program redefines the Sir George Williams Campus and Concordia’s presence in Montreal’s downtown core. New construction and renovation of existing properties are enabling consolidation into state-of-the-art university-owned buildings that have a distinctive presence in the downtown landscape.
