- Strategic support planning and administration of the University"s Enterprise Risk Management program
- Insurance risk programs;
- Students, properties, infrastructure, equipment, content, supplier coverage, civil liability, professional liability, director and officers liability, fiduciary liability, crime, events, CSST
- Self-insurance risk programs
- Capital Portfolio;
- Properties and land acquisitions
- Infrastructure, equipment and content investments and protection
- Divestments and disposals
- Financing Portfolio;
- Long-term debt sourcing
- Bridge and working capital management
- Asset monetization and Leasing
Oversight and financial management of the University's;
Role;
- To financially protect and optimize the University's and its related entities' assets while minimizing all the financial liabilities and optimizing the University"s fund balances. Furthermore, being an integral source of specialized knowledge for corporate decision making.
